Energy Balancing is also known as Energy Healing, or Energy Work. It is the process of gently removing imbalances and blockages from the energy field (the Aura). When the body’s energy is balanced, the whole body works more efficiently.


Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity- to train attention and awareness. The goal is to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. This practice is most beneficial if  used on a daily or regular basis.


Yoga is defined as a practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment. The more frequently one can practice Yoga, the greater the benefits will be.
